Holiday in the Gardens will begin on Saturday, December 5th
The annual "Holiday in the Gardens" will begin December 5th at 9:00am. Organizations, clubs and businesses decorate existing evergreen trees in the Gardens to promote their particular organizations. There will be a contest to select the "best decorated tree" by using donations as votes. The tree receiving the most donations by Christmas Eve, will be designated "best decorated". For more information on how your organization can reserve a tree call 352-683-9933. The Spring Hill Garden Club will provide refreshments and local musicians will provide holiday music and entertainment. If you are a "starving entertainment talent and would like to provide music and Christmas cheer to the Garden visitors please call 352-683-9933.
The garden railroad will be decorated for the holidays for all the "kids" to enjoy. There could be a very good chance Santa will visit the Gardens, so look for future information of the event.
